Carter's/OshKosh B'gosh is currently seeking regional human resources managers to support RVP's and DM's on human resources issues. This position will report to the director of human resources within the retail stores. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the areas of recruitment and talent management, orientation, training and development initiatives, associate relations management, and support. He or she will be heavily involved in the performance management process and human resources initiatives on a company-wide basis. The ideal candidate will possess human resources and recruiting experience. Bilingual applicants will be favored. Knowledge of PC applications and the ability to develop program and event materials are required.
The company is also in need of a part-time supervisor in Pennsylvania. This position collaborates with the store manager and the assistant manager to build an effective sales team within the store location.
