Interview is a method to determine the skills and capabilities of the job candidate. The interview is conducted to assess the job candidate as per the job requirements. The job candidate should prepare himself well for the interview.

His performance in the interview will decide whether he will get the job or not. The interviewee has to play safe during the interview to end up successfully. Interview is a two way conversation between the interviewer and the interviewee. The interviewer asks questions to the interviewee, which the interviewee is supposed to answer. Both the parties communicate with each other on polite terms. The employer sees how well the interviewee answers his questions. Apart from the answers, the body language of the interviewee is also considered during the interview.

The dos of the job interviewing include the mental and physical preparation of the job candidate, the job candidate should know in advance the format of the interview, excellent communication and proper body language during the interview, navigating tricky questions and dressing appropriately for the interview. These and many other things come under the dos of the interview. The don'ts of the interview include improper dressing for the job interview, absurd preparation, not on time for the interview, inappropriate body language, poor communication, indulging in loose talk or illegal talk during the interview, talking even before asked for etc. Besides these there are also other don'ts of the job interview.
