Job Description: The Administrator of Crisis Services will provide administrative and clinical oversight of a team of clinicians responsible for assessing and treating clients in crisis. This team consists of Mobile Crisis Outreach team (MCOT), Crisis and Access Staff (CAS), Intensive Evaluation and Diversion Services (IED), and Continuity of Care (COC), and staff at the East County Crisis Center. The Licensed Administrator of Crisis Services will have variable shifts and me be required to work weekends or holidays. The following are the duties included in this position: Supports the Crisis Services Program Director as they oversee the crisis delivery system. Directly supervises Continuity of Care staff. Provide oversight of crisis services being delivered to clients who present in crisis. Interviewing and selection of treatment staff orient and train them on the job, and to supervise and continually develop their skills. Organize and facilitate clinical team meetings. Demonstrate effective leadership and management of team dynamic and a positive peer culture in alignment with the mission and values of the agency at all times. Additional duties include, but are not limited to; effective use of data, provision of necessary networking, and representation on select committees as assigned. Minimum Requirements Masters Degree in Human Services or related field License as an LPHA in Texas (LPC/LCSW) Must have a valid Texas Drivers License and be insurable through Tri-County.
