Part Time Diesel Mechanic
ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS: na PRIMARY LOCATIONS:Ontario, Maidstone, 9580 County Rd 42, N0R 1K0 REQUISITION ID:167323 POSITION OVERVIEW In this fast-paced environment, you will support our residential operations. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance on our equipment as well as providing ongoing support for repairs both in the shop and in the field where required. Part Time, Afternoon Shift. $25-$30/hour. JOB DUTIES *Responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and maintenance of all equipment, minimizing downtime, ensuring that machinery and equipment function in a safe and efficient manner. *Repair breakdowns on all equipment and machinery safely, effectively and in a timely manner to minimize downtime. *Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment throughout the facility. *Complete assigned projects including planning design or modifications to new and existing machinery, rebuilding current equipment, etc. QUALIFICATIONS *Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability and experience to repair the problem. *Ability to identify potential problems and provide corrective/preventative solutions. *Knowledge of small engine and hydraulic equipment *Able to maintain a professional, clean and organized work environment at all times ADDITIONAL INFORMATION *Full time.
