POSITION OVERVIEW
THE SAP PROJECT SYSTEMS ANALYST MAIN FOCUS WILL BE IMPROVING INTERNAL PROCESSES, MAKING IT EASIER TO DO BUSINESS WITH DAVEY, SUPPORTING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CLIENTS WITH TECHNOLOGY AND PROVIDING EXPERTISE IN MANAGING VARIOUS PROJECTS. WHILE WE WORK PRIMARILY WITH SAP, WE ALSO DEVELOP MOBILE APPLICATIONS, INTEGRATE BEST-OF-BREED APPLICATIONS WITH SAP, PROVIDE INSIGHT THROUGH ANALYTICS, AND SUPPORT CLIENT-FACING TRANSACTIONAL SYSTEMS.

THE KEY OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION IS TO PROVIDE SAP CONFIGURATION AND PRODUCTION SUPPORT FOR SYSTEMS RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR SAP PROJECT SYSTEMS MODULE; LOOKING FOR AND EXECUTING BUSINESS PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, MANAGING IT AND NON-IT PROJECTS WITH INTERNAL CUSTOMERS AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS; PROVIDING APPLICATION SUPPORT TO INTERNAL CUSTOMERS WITH FOCUS ON ADDING VALUE TO ALL PROCESSES; AND PRODUCING TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION FOR NEW PROCESSES.

JOB DUTIES

OPERATIONAL COST PLANNING, TRACKING AND ANALYSIS IN SAP S4 HANA TO HELP MAKE BETTER PROJECT BUDGET DECISIONS. *

UNDERSTANDING AND ABILITY TO ACCURATELY PROJECT OPERATIONAL COSTS & COMPARE WITH ACTUALS *

MAINTENANCE OF PROJECT TRACKING FOR PRODUCTION UNITS, REVENUE & WORK-IN-PROCESS, ETC. *

RESOLUTION OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ASSOCIATED VENDOR COMMUNICATIONS *

ACCURATE INVOICING OF CLIENTS WITHIN CONSISTENT TIME FRAMES AND MAINTAINING ASSOCIATED QA/QC/BACKUP DOCUMENTATION *

RESOLUTION OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND ASSOCIATED CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS *

HELP DRIVE CHANGES IN OUR PROCESS TO FACILITATE BETTER DATA OUTPUTS *

TRACK WORK PERFORMED IN THE PROBLEM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, PREPARE PROGRESS REPORTS, ADMINISTER AND MAINTAIN CORPORATE WORKSTATION ASSETS *

MAINTAIN UP-TO-DATE KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROJECT COMPUTER SYSTEMS *

MANAGE MULTIPLE RESOURCES, TASK BREAKDOWNS, AND DELEGATION TO SET MILESTONES *

COLLECTING AND FORMATTING CURRENT DATA TO BE USED IN THE SYSTEM, AND DRIVING FUTURE DATA OUTPUT CHANGES (WITH MANAGEMENT SUPPORT). *

SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT EFFICIENCY TRACKING AND OFFICE/PROJECT REVENUE GENERATED
QUALIFICATIONS

BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND/OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE *

2 YEARS OF SAP PROJECT SYSTEMS EXPOSURE, SAP HANDS-ONEXPERIENCE AND DAILY PRODUCTION SUPPORT IN PROJECT SYSTEMS, ALONG WITH TIME-ENTRY SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED) *

SAP ECC VERSION 6.0 EXPERIENCE OR HIGHER. S4 HANA CONFIGURATION EXPERIENCE A PLUS *

EXCEPTIONAL PLANNING, ORGANIZATIONAL, AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS *

ADVANCED TECHNICAL SKILLS TO BUILD SUBJECT MATTER AND APPLICATION EXPERTISE WITH THE ABILITY TO DRIVE CONSISTENCY IN PROCESSES *

FUNDAMENTAL ANALYTICS AND CONCEPTUAL THINKING SKILLS *

EXPERIENCED OR ABLE TO SHOW IMMEDIATE COMPETENCY WITH SAP, QLIK SENSE, CONCUR *

COMPETENCY IN GOOGLE AND MICROSOFT APPLICATIONS *

A TRACK RECORD OF FOLLOWING THROUGH ON COMMITMENTS *

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION SKILLS *

PROVEN RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, FACILITATION, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
