POSITION OVERVIEW
THE RECRUITER WORKS TO FILLJOBOPENINGS FOR THE DIVISION OF ASSET MANAGEMENT OF DAVEY RESOURCE GROUP. THE RECRUITERWILL WORK FROM RESUMES OR BY ACTIVELY SOLICITING INDIVIDUALS QUALIFIED FOR POSITIONS. ARECRUITER'S JOBINCLUDES REVIEWING A CANDIDATE'SJOB/LIFEEXPERIENCES, NEGOTIATING SALARIES, AND PLACING CANDIDATES IN AGREEABLE EMPLOYMENT POSITIONS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RECRUITER WITH FULL-CYCLE RECRUITING EXPERIENCE, FROMTALENT SOURCING AND ATTRACTING CANDIDATES TO INTERVIEWING AND HIRING GREAT EMPLOYEES.

JOB DUTIES

IMPLEMENT AN OVERALL RECRUITING STRATEGY *

DEVELOP AND UPDATE JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS *

PERFORM JOB AND TASK ANALYSIS TO DOCUMENT JOB REQUIREMENTS AND OBJECTIVES *

PREPARE RECRUITMENT MATERIALS AND POST JOBS TO APPROPRIATE JOB BOARDS/COLLEGES ETC *

SOURCE AND RECRUITCANDIDATES BY USING DATABASES, SOCIAL MEDIA, ETC *

SCREEN CANDIDATES RESUME AND JOB APPLICATIONS *

CONDUCT INTERVIEWS USING VARIOUS RELIABLE RECRUITING ANDSELECTION TOOLS/METHODS TO FILTER CANDIDATES WITHIN SCHEDULE *

ASSESS APPLICANTS'RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, SOFT SKILLS,EXPERIENCE, AND APTITUDES *

ASSIST AND LEARN THE ONBOARDING PROCESS TO HELP COMMUNICATE WITH NEW EMPLOYEES *

MONITOR AND APPLY HRRECRUITING BEST PRACTICES *

PROVIDE ANALYTICAL AND WELL DOCUMENTED RECRUITING REPORTS TO THE REST OF THE TEAM *

ACT AS A POINT OF CONTACT AND BUILD INFLUENTIAL CANDIDATE RELATIONSHIPS DURING THE SELECTION PROCESS *

PROMOTE THE COMPANY'S REPUTATION AS "BEST PLACE TO WORK"

QUALIFICATIONS

PROVEN WORK EXPERIENCE AS A CONFIDENT COMMUNICATOR *

SOLID ABILITY TO CONDUCT DIFFERENT TYPES OF INTERVIEWS. *

HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH VARIOUS SELECTION PROCESSES (PHONE INTERVIEW, REFERENCE CHECK, GOOGLE SEARCH, ETC) *

ABILITY TO ORGANIZE SKILLS ASSESSMENT CENTERS *

FAMILIARITY WITH HR DATABASES, APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEMS (ATS) AND CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (CMS) *

HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH RECRUITING SOFTWARE, AS WELL AS HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION *

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS *

STRONG DECISION-MAKING SKILLS *

BS/MS IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PREFERRED

CANDIDATES MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING FULL TIME WITH A MINIMUM OF 40 - 45 HOURS PER WEEK. COMPENSATION BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
