Chippers, a Davey Tree Expert Company and has offices in Woodstock, VT, Enfield, NH and Meredith NH, with the Office Manager position working out of the Woodstock office. Chippers provides professional green care services to residential and commercial clients throughout the region. The Office Coordinator Manager oversees a team of Client Experience Coordinators, who are often the first point of contact for our prospects/clients and play an important role in their overall client experience. This position is responsible for general office and client administrative management functions across all three Chippers: A Davey Company locations, with some additional marketing coordination duties.

What You'll Do:

*Supervises, trains and develops the CEC staff to ensure a high level of client service. Holds daily briefings and weekly huddles with team. *Assists clients who have questions, problems or complaints, working with Sales Consultants to solve issues as needed. *Conducts performance evaluations and completes performance scorecards for CECs; makes wage recommendations to the District Manager. *Oversees preparation and submission payroll information and benefit changes for the district through SAP & CRM. *Evaluation and delegation of responsibilities among staff in transition to new systems. *Coordinates local marketing activities. *Participates in department head meetings and conducts monthly coaching meetings with direct reports. *Promotes a sense of teamwork and a high standard of professionalism. *Participates in recruitment as needed *Gains a thorough knowledge and understanding of computer systems, reports, programs, promotions, human resource issues, and company policies and procedures. May also periodically assist in the development of new reports and reporting procedures. *Provides coaching, training, leadership, coordination and support in areas such as: office employee orientation, employee development, sales involvement, ergonomics - office safety

Skills We're Seeking:

*A college degree or a combination of education and experience is required *10 years of client services experience with several of those years in a supervisory role in an office environment *Strong leadership, training and coaching skills *Ability to delegate and follow-up *Curiosity and desire to learn new skills *Outstanding customer service and strong written and oral communication skills *Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel *Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy *Expert organizational and analytical skills with ability to juggle shifting priorities *Payroll processing experience a plus *Preferred qualifications include prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems *Marketing knowledge a plus
