ROLE TITLE: PRODUCT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE - CREDIT PRODUCTS, RETAIL BANKING

LOCATION: Central Park

This role is being offered on a PERMANENT basis.

Are you interested in joining our Credit Products Team to deliver robust Customer First solutions and implement strategic change initiatives, in an agile environment to support our Business Customers?

Products, Retail has responsibility for our four core Product sets which include; Mortgage, Credit, Current & Deposit, and Payments & Cards. Products has a Group-wide remit and is a key enabler of customer centric propositions and the delivery of the bank's Regulatory, Sustainment and Strategic agenda.  We want to be renowned for providing reliable and simple products that deliver fair outcomes for customers in an environment where our business and people thrive. 

A number of vacancies now exist on the Credit Products team, reporting into the Head of Business & Corporate Credit Products or Head of Strategic Delivery, Credit Products.

 

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

*is responsible for overseeing the end to end lifecycle of Personal, Business, Corporate and Finance & Leasing Credit Products including monitoring that our products are sold, distributed and fulfilled correctly to the approved target markets *works in close partnership with other business areas to support the delivery of business strategy and customer segment propositions, balance sheet and P&L / market share plans, through the provision of core products that meet the needs of our relevant target markets *is a key enablement function and is fundamental to supporting the Bank's core purpose of providing lending services in support of the wider economy *is accountable for the management of our products and customer solutions (from launch to withdrawal), including overseeing and monitoring that they are fit for purpose and operating appropriately in line with regulatory requirements

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE SOMETHING THAT YOU WANT TO BE PART OF?

YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN/HAVE:

*Minimum 2 years of experience in a product, change, credit or similarly relevant role. *Capable of building strong relationships with teams and key stakeholders. Strong influencing skills.  Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.  *Good understanding of regulation regarding Personal, SME and Corporate Lending.  Additionally, knowledge of AIB SME, Corporate or Finance & Leasing credit processes and systems would be an advantage. *Commercially astute, with an understanding of the factors that contribute to credit products pricing and how these factors are built in to product delivery. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
