ROLE TITLE: CAMPAIGN ANALYST - CUSTOMER CONTACT,DATA & ANALYTICS 

LOCATION: Dublin

This role is being offered on a PERMANENT basis.

THE ROLE 

The Analytics function within the Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence, are responsible for the delivery of Analytics across the organisation. We lead and drive value from AIB's data, leverage a diverse and advanced analytics toolset, to deliver business benefit and inform decision making. We support and enable a wide range of internal and external Stakeholders. We comprise of a diverse mix of skills, from Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Reporting Analysts and Advanced Analytics Specialists supporting and enabling internal and external stakeholders.

The Customer Contact team is an evolving area and is responsible for actionable customer insights, and enhanced customer engagement through personalised touchpoints. This requires synchronised communication, co-ordination and personalisation of inbound and outbound customer engagements enhanced by analytics and automation. There is a major opportunity to leverage the Bank`s data and technologies to deliver a more personalised customer experience and transform the organisation to become more data driven.

 

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

*Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders from across the organisation looking to deliver and optimise ongoing provision of leads for inbound and outbound customer contact to enable the Bank's strategic and sales objectives through proactive customer engagement. *Use analytical and statistical tools to extract, model, interpret and display information outputs, supporting strategic decision making. *Work collaboratively with colleagues on building of complex contact campaign requests, including resolving data gaps, technology gaps and anomalies. *Provide analysis and deployment plans around the most appropriate engagement prompts, by understanding customer behaviour and context through the use of analytics. *Support a continuous improvement culture within the organisation, where innovation and creative thinking is encouraged and developed.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE SOMETHING THAT YOU WANT TO BE PART OF?

YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN/HAVE:

*A bachelor's degree (2.2 or higher), in the following disciplines e.g. science, mathematics, applied mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, econometrics. (or equivalent degree plus relative experience) *2  years practical experience in the areas of Analytics and Financial Services, Marketing and Customer Contact, but experience in equivalent domains is also welcomed. *Experience and understanding of Marketing Analytics teams & Customer Engagement Channels delivering key strategic analytics projects in an environment that includes regulatory and compliance obligations when using data and contacting customers. *An approach that is highly numerate, and a passion about data and analytics. *Strong proficiency in SQL. *HTML experience, Template /content design and management for communications an advantage *Experience creating and presenting data output to business stakeholders.
