IT and Data Assurance Manager, Belfast or London
ROLE: IT AND DATA ASSURANCE MANAGER - OPERATIONS & BUSINESS GOVERNANCE, AIB UK LOCATION: Agile working: Home working and office based in London or Belfast This role is being offered on a permanent / full time basis. *Do you want to be part of a dynamic team, providing IT and Data assurance in a financial services environment? *Are you flexible in your approach to work & able to deliver on the fast paced demands of the business & its regulators? WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: *Ensure effective oversight of IT and data Services provided to the UK by group including incident management, RCA Management, UK IT and Data MI, incident trend analysis. *Collaborates with AIB Group Digital & Business Transformation and Data Analytics to develop a combined ROI/UK digital delivery in order to bridge critical gaps, maximising re-use of Group Digital Assets where appropriate to ensure a complete product and service offering is available to AIB UK customers. *Supporting the working groups and committees in the development of an IT and data Strategy for the UK Business *Manage small initiatives within the IT and Data realm including privacy and data remediation. YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN/HAVE: *Ability to collect and analyse information, problem-solve, and make decisions. Using analytical skills when detecting patterns, brainstorming, observing, interpreting data, and making decisions based on the multiple factors. *Able to create engaging presentations using PowerPoint and Excel for advance data analysis. *Creation of a tangible deliverable such as a work breakdown structure, project schedule, critical path diagram, earned value reports, project budgets, dashboards. *In-depth experience of IT applications/systems and electronic banking services, including subject matter expertise on a wide range of digital and payments channels & systems. *Good understanding of IT and Data Assurance including the data governance framework and supporting standards and polices and the outsourcing governance framework.
