ROLE TITLE: GOVERNANCE & ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE/PRODUCT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

LOCATION: Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 & working remotely

This role is being offered on a permanent basis.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL:

*Take responsibility for product governance and oversight of legacy products *Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure processes and procedures are being adhered to *Provide support to the wider team on regulatory and change projects *Support in resolving queries and complaints from internal stakeholders and third parties quickly and efficiently *Co-ordinate regular risk and control actions *Lead and provide support at various internal / external meetings *Create and prepare a variety of documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word;

YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN/HAVE:

*4 year's experience in the financial services / insurance sector *Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders *Ability to build strong working relationships with internal business stakeholders *Excellent communication and people skills *Focus on results & attention to detail and accuracy *Highly organised and has the ability to work to tight deadlines *Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office products, in particular PowerPoint and word. *
