Business Relationship Manager, Capital Markets, Dublin
Dublin, Baile Atha Cliath, Ireland ROLE: BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - CAPITAL MARKETS - DUBLIN LOCATION: 10 MOLESWORTH STREET, DUBLIN 2 (WITH HYBRID WORKING) This role is being offered on a full-time basis as a fixed term contract ending at 30th December 2022 If you are a credit professionals with cash-flow lending experience who is interested in working in a dynamic and fast paced business, we would like to hear from you. WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: *Would like to play a key role in the execution of a strategic plan for the sustainment and growth of key business opportunities for Capital Markets and is interested in implementing our customer relationship strategy. *You will play a key role in the management of the existing loan book and overall loan portfolio from a credit and risk perspective, ensuring that adherence to AIB policies, procedures and codes of best practice is appropriately monitored. *You will have accountability for assisting with the end-to-end execution of transaction proposals including: transaction origination with senior team members, investment analysis, internal investment approval process and investment execution. *You will perform commercial and credit analysis on potential opportunities, to include both qualitative and quantitative due diligence and appropriate financial analysis and stress testing. *You will assist in the preparation of comprehensive credit applications for presentation to a Credit Committee *You will be responsible for Proactive and on-going portfolio monitoring including timely review of financial / performance reports, and market trends / research that may impact the portfolio *You will participate in meetings & conference calls with customers and market participants to facilitate initial due diligence and on-going investment monitoring. YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN/HAVE: *5 years of experience of credit assessment and credit management ideally in a cashflow lending. *Proven analytical skills together with an ability to think and act laterally and creatively. *Commitment to managing and maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients through the provision of a first class quality customised service to a broad customer base. *An ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a highly motivated team. *Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. *Excellent customer relationship skills *Experience in computer based systems to perform credit management and financial and a strong ability to use various systems in the management, analysis and use of data/information.
