Greet, inform, direct and escort various users and visitors * Provide assistance and evacuate the building(s) in case of emergency * Apprehend offenders and turn them over to the appropriate authorities * Detect, question and remove undesirable persons * Control access and exit of equipment * Participate in the transport or escort of valuables QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME A SECURITY GUARD IN TORONTO A valid security guard license and first aid card * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Must be able to work swing shift hours (Sunday 11pm-11am; Monday 3pm-11pm; Thursday 11pm-7am; Friday 11pm-11am) * Have a clear criminal background * Be eligible to work in Canada SSTOR |
