Part-Time Security Guard, Industrial (Mississauga/Oakville)
Oakville, Ontario, Canada ARE YOU READY TO SUIT UP? We are currently seeking part-time security guards to fill various mandates with our industrial customers in the Oakville and Mississauga area. As a security guard in the industrial sector, you will have to ensure impeccable customer service, control the access of the establishment, escort workers in certain departments and many other tasks. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING *Access control through the computer system *Camera surveillance of access gates and parking barriers *Greet customers and register visitors as needed *Manage contractor access as well as access cards *Perform daily reports and incident reports *Act as first responder during events, crisis situations and emergencies *Perform surveillance rounds/patrolling duties *Occasionally escort maintenance in restricted areas *Unlock and lock certain areas during monitoring rounds WHAT WE OFFER *Pay rate: $15.00/hr *Complete uniform *Career advancement WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR *High school diploma or equivalent *Valid Security Guard licence *Must have a vehicle and G2 license as this site is not transit accessible *Open to Part-time hours *Comfortable working Part Time shifts at both Oakville/Mississauga locations *Valid first aid card/CPR *Security experience *Comfortable working on a computer *At ease working as a team and offering excellent customer service TOR20 |
