Crisis24 - Analyst IV

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Under the general direction of Crisis24's Managed Risk Services (MRS) department, the Analyst IV, or in practice, the Project Manager (PM) will be embedded into a client's security department, providing analytical, programmatic, and security management support. The PM will work directly with the security group to manage the client's travel and integrated risk management program, with particular focus on project managing the successful integration of the client's numerous travel agency data feeds into the Crisis24 travel tracking tool.  The PM will provide subject matter expertise to issues related to the safety and security of the client's mobile workforce.

The position is a remote contract position based in France. The PM will be available to travel to the client's location in Paris as needed. The position is a 3-month contract position, with the potential for extension for up to two years. Fluent English is required, with a strong preference for French fluency as well.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The PM will be responsible for:

*Leading and supporting the technical implementation of the travel and site monitoring tool for the client's numerous national entities *Project managing the various data integrations *Supporting and training the client's national entities POCs in using the travel and site monitoring tool effectively *Maturing the client's national entities travel security processes and program *Providing subject matter expertise on the implementation and use of the travel and site monitoring tool *Provide expertise in mobility security and safety management for the client *Draft, review, and disseminate corporate communications through various mediums regarding safety and security *Gather, assess, and disseminate analysis on the nature of global security threats, the likelihood that they will affect the client's travelers, assets, expats, and operations, and what the likely effects are *Produce written and oral assessments that are succinct and include forward-thinking analysis for travelers, expats, and senior leaders *Build project trackers and metrics to communicate project development and ROI to senior leaders *Serve as the primary Crisis24 point of contact for the client *Understand the client's footprint and interests to anticipate client needs *Conceptualize, develop, and propose to management business or intelligence initiatives to support departmental growth *Serve as the client's primary point of contact for all cross-functional support *Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

*5 years of experience in travel security or a related field for a corporate entity *Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master's degree preferred *Fluent English required, French preferred *CPP or CSMP preferred *Eligible to work in France

SKILLS

*Project management experience ideally in the corporate security space *Experience implementing travel security programs *Familiarity with travel agency integrations to include common challenges surrounding data privacy, data quality, and data reporting *Knowledge of travel risk management SaaS platforms, with preferred knowledge using Crisis24 (formerly WorldAware) Worldcue® suite *Exceptional analytic skills and extensive knowledge of global and international security issues *Able to build project trackers using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or PowerBI *Able to solve corporate problems across several departments, companies, and countries *Fast learner and ability to multitask *Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision *Ability to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skills *Subject matter expertise in travel security, incident management, and security risk management
