Woonsocket, RI Family Support Advocate (Full Time) Location: Woonsocket, RI POSITION SUMMARY: To provide information, referral and advocacy to consumers in our community and distribute basic needs assistance to eligible households. EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalency. Experience in related field preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS: Able to work in a team environment with diverse populations Able to provide own reliable transportation Able to sit for 80% of workday Able to lift 10 – 15 # bags of food for distribution Able to demonstrate competency in accessing web-based portals.
