Analyst - Supply Chain Business Processes


The Kinross Corporate Head Office is located in downtown Toronto and supports Kinross' operations and projects worldwide. Corporate functions include Finance, Procurement, Health & Safety, Human Resources, IT, Investor Relations, Exploration, Geology and Mine Planning, among others.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Kinross Supply Chain team is looking for a passionate individual to join our Operations Strategy team as a Business Analyst. This role will be responsible to provide end users and stakeholders with business analysis, project management, and applications and change management support for Enterprise Supply Chain systems and processes. This role will report to the Senior Director Supply Chain and be located at our Corporate Head Office in Toronto. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Support Enterprise Source to Contract (S2C) implementation becoming responsible for post implementation user and systems support looking for continuous improvement opportunities.  
•    Monitor and manage S2C systems configuration, role based user access controls, and identify and implement compliance and system configuration improvements.
•    Develop knowledge transfer, change management, training materials and facilitate end-user training to support system adoption required to maximize value.
•    Work closely with stakeholders to assess and baseline P2P, Inventory Management, Warehousing and other supply chain business processes and systems to understand business requirements and identify, define and implement improvement initiatives. 
•    Provide support to site supply chain leadership with developing operating KPI's and related reporting and dashboard tools to support effective performance management.  
•    Ensure Kinross supply Chain KPI's are updated, published and reviewed with site supply chain leadership and support related performance improvement action plans.  
•    Work closely with subject matter experts to develop and model solution designs.
•    Support the analysis, planning & execution of solution implementations.
•    Create, update & maintain business & technical documentation, such as business requirements documents, design documents, process flows and business cases. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations or Supply Chain Management.
•    Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management or similar designation. 
•    3- 5 years relevant experience in a Business Analyst role with demonstrated success supporting ERP systems or supply chain applications such as Source to Contact, Procure to Pay or other supply chain business systems applications. 
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, analytics & reporting tools. 
•    Creative analytical and problem solving skills. 
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to identify and deliver value added solutions.
