Materials Mgmt Specialist I - CRMH Mini D Sign on Bonus Eligible

This position will entail pickup of small medical equipment from unit floors, clean, restock and take-back clean equipment as needed, pick stock orders for unit floors, put away daily warehouse delivery, perform cycle counts of inventory for your assigned area, restock clinical resuscitation carts using approved quality checklist, record various data types in Excel. Office Equipment used includes desktop computer, printer, scanner, barcode reader. Frequently used software includes Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint for cloud based files. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree desired. Experience: Three (3) years health care, materials management or inventory experience required. Excel spreadsheet skills desired. Licensure, certification, and/or registration: N/A Other Minimum Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel spreadsheets including formulas, sorting large amounts of data, and printing. Familiarity with automated procurement and inventory control systems. Ability to act independently with minimum supervision. Ability to work with others in a team setting. Ability to meet deadlines within short time frames. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time. Ability to perform in a continually changing environment.
