Cardiac Device Technician - New River Valley Cardiology Clinic (FT)
Christiansburg, VA JOB SUMMARY **This position is located at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Cardiology - New River Valley** This position is full time, working Monday-Friday 8a-5p Busy cardiac device clinic is seeking energetic individual to support and manage our daily device clinic. Explore how joining a regional leader can enhance your ability to learn, grow, and succeed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor Degree preferred. Experience: Electrophysiology laboratory experience desirable. Two years experience preferred analyzing and reprogramming cardiac pacemakers, ICDs, biventricular devices and ILRs (Biotronik, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, and St.Jude Medical) or cardiac device technology certification from a recognized device training school. Ability to interpret basic EKGs and pacemaker function. Licensure/Certifications/Registration: Must have and maintain current AHA HCP BLS certification. Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication, and team working skills required.
