MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. Experience: Seven to ten years of experience in maintenance trades, construction and/or property development, or real estate, with three to five years management or construction management experience. Experience in Healthcare Properties preferred. Licensure, Certification, and/or Registry: Virginia Driver's License required. Life Support: N?A Other Minimum Qualifications: Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; and possess proven leadership and management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, work order management software, and similar computer applications essential. Knowledge of and ability in the areas of blueprint reading, drafting, estimating, building construction standards, and national, state, and local codes and regulations and crafts associated with construction. Position is deemed "emergency personnel" during emergency weather conditions. May be required to provide own transportation and travel to other Carilion work sites.
