PRINCIPAL INSTITUTE PRODUCT MARKETING - CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A Principal (Director) of Institute Product Marketing is accountable for supporting designated branded products/programs/institutes and implementing strategies and tactics to maximize growth by meeting strategic key performance indicators as identified by marketing and the institute/program business leaders. This Principal is responsible for managing relationships as the key interface for designated institute/program leads to access marketing intelligence, expertise, and technology to support growth initiatives. Additionally, they will collaborate with the institute/program leadership to align marketing plans with business plans to provide the strategic marketing direction and implementation of a broad range of omni channel marketing and communications supporting services.

This strategic lead will monitor competitive action in the service area and adjust plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Additionally, they will ensure institute/program marketing aligns with the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** brand and brand voice to deliver a cohesive **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** experience from awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention.

*Reports to the CMO. *Collaborates with the Brand Strategy team leadership to elevate the perception and understanding of marketing as a strategic value with all stakeholders *Empower and align resources to implement and execute strategic growth marketing plans for the institutes/programs:

*Develop a sophisticated and strategic, relationship-based collaboration with institute/program leaders. *Implement journey mapping for both consumers and clinicians for institutes in collaboration with Marketing Leadership Team. *Collaborate with Product Marketing Team in evaluating, refining and/or defining processes and procedures to streamline workflows. *Create and define Marketing Dashboard Reports for Institutes and Medical Group.

*Utilize project management systems and processes to eliminate redundancy and streamline workflows. *Evaluate, align, and manage campaign vendor relationships - clearly defining roles, expectations, and outcomes of strategic partners. Including and collaborating with the Brand Team, Marketing Technology team, and Marketing operations to optimize resources and demonstrative KPIs. *Other duties as requested by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Chief Marketing Officer

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

*Required: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 10 years marketing and corporate communications experience, five years in healthcare marketing leadership roles. *Preferred: MBA or Master's in marketing preferred.  Product and/or retail marketing experience preferred.
LICENSE REQUIRED

*Current CA driver's license required for local travel.
