PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To support this vision, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is hiring a manager to create unexpected experiential marketing and community engagement opportunities for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** brand, focusing on the expansion efforts.

The Experiential Marketing Manager will partner with internal and external creative and functional leads to bring big, bold brand ideas to life. The ideal candidate is a hybrid creative marketer and project manager with the ability to make strategic suggestions around guest experience while flawlessly executing to completion. The role is responsible for harnessing the power of physical and digital experiences to fully immerse, educate, entertain and connect patients, donors, prospects and the community to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Manage and execute integrated marketing and experiential activations and events that break through the noise to increase awareness and brand loyalty for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** *Lead cross functional collaboration, keeping teams and leadership focused on goals and meeting deadlines *Responsible for production from start to finish, coordinates event logistics, manages all pre-and post-event communications, arranges mobile activations and travel *Play a critical role in the development of on-site programs, including concept development, feasibility work, project plan, pre-production work, budget development, invoicing and overall quality control *Produce detailed operational plans, including servicing and delivery schedules, staffing procedures, budget tracking, project timelines, production schedules, meeting agendas, load in and strike schedules, accessibility issues, on-site communications, weather preparedness and contingency planning *Work with internal partners to identify target audiences and connect with prospects and engage with existing customers and donors *Populate, develop and maintain experiential community event calendar *Secure and manage on-site talent and special appearances *Manage vendors and work closely with creative directors, producers, writers, designers, content creators, project managers, production teams, printers, videographers and publicists *Be the liaison with creative partners and agencies to capture interesting, sharable content for social media and other PR and marketing efforts *Oversee location permitting and insurance processes *Motivate and manage on-site event staff and brand ambassadors

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

*BA in Marketing, Communications or related degree *5 years of relevant and results-driven experience in producing/managing large experiential programs and events, preferably with at least 3 years in an experiential agency environment    *Large event, big budget activations experience, working with fabricators and multiple vendors for complex activations *Very strong client/customer service experience and focus *Experience in luxury brands and/or mobile marketing tours a plus *Strong network of high-level production personnel and service providers *Strong understanding of experiential landscape and best practices *Working knowledge of and experience with location permitting and insurance processes *Requires both creative and operational capabilities *Strong knowledge of creative production and processes *Confident, professional and positive demeanor *Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends *Ability and willingness to work in-office and onsite as required *Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and project management systems such as Work Front, Trello or Asana
