UNIVERSITY RELATIONS - RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a University Relations Recruitment Consultant to help us shape the future by integrating UR talent pipelines across the entire **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** network of services.

 The University Relations Recruitment Consultant will own the entire campus engagement experience and liaise with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** leaders and the enterprise recruitment team to plan, organize, facilitate, and coordinate internships, residencies, co-ops, externships, and rotations and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. The ideal candidate will lead with innovative and exciting candidate-centric hiring practices while maintaining a focus on diversity and inclusion. A major component will be to develop relationships with campus Career Services personnel at key institutions, cross-functional stakeholders, and recruiting staff to ensure a consistent approach to delivering career opportunities via our University Recruiting efforts.

This role will support critical corporate and clinical functions, which may include, but not limited to IT, Digital, Cyber Security, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, X-Ray Technicians, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Medical Assistants. The University Relations Recruitment Consultant must have a passion for evangelizing our employer brand across universities, colleges, technical schools, ROP programs, and vocational school campuses. RESPONSIBILITIES

*Campus/Schools Strategy: Create and execute an innovative candidate sourcing strategy for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Hospital in Orange County. Serve as the primary contact for targeted colleges and universities, ensuring high quality relationships with Career Services partners that balance the needs of the school and our organization. *Campus/Schools Engagement: Develop and implement an engagement strategy which effectively tells the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** story and positions **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** as an employer of choice. Design recruitment activities that drive interest in **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***'s new graduate and Internship opportunities; both on-site and virtual. Engage with professional societies and groups to attract early in career talent to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** opportunities. *Diversity: Develop a comprehensive diversity and university relations recruitment strategy that enhances **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***'s reputation as a great place to work, delivers an outstanding candidate experience, and improves our ability to source, identify and select early career, underrepresented talent. • Candidate identification, selection, assessment, and tracking: Employ a mix of digital tools and technologies to attract, track, report, and close the highest quality candidates. *Data insights: Analyze and report on a variety of metrics including diversity representation, course of study, and alum career preferences to drive school selection decisions. Share market insights with Talent Acquisition Managers, HR (Human Resources) Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders to understand and drive execution of Intern and Entry Level workforce plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. *3 or more years of progressive professional experience in full life-cycle campus recruiting/university relations. * Deep understanding of academic institutions and curriculums, and existing relationships with area colleges and universities. *Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with experience engaging and influencing executives of all levels. *Strong project management skills, including event planning. *The ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects and represent the company professionally and soundly. *Excellent MS Office skills. *Results oriented, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. *Ability to work independently or in a team environment is a must, as is the ability to work extended/non-traditional hours. *Travel required. *Experience with applicant tracking systems and event management platforms is preferred.
