DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Principal of Interactive Marketing has full accountability for the direction and outcomes of the digital marketing function for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Hospital and its affiliates. The Principal of Interactive Marketing leads the creation, development and implementation of broad range of digital and interactive marketing activities. Accountable for supporting brand and maximizing market share. Collaborates emerging media with traditional media. Sets campaign performance targets. Designs and develops the highest profile campaigns. Tracks and evaluates the performance of digital marketing programs and adjusts marketing strategies and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Principal will set and implement key goals and strategies designed to increase awareness of and engagement with targeted audiences. The Principal will develop and set **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***'s digital presence and consumer experience through leading edge best practices in mobile, online, and social media, digital front doors, etc. Working collaboratively with all marketing and business groups is essential.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

*Bachelor's degree required. *Minimum of 10 years marketing and corporate communications experience, five years in an interactive marketing leadership role. *Previous health care experience a plus *Advanced knowledge of modern web frameworks (HTML5, Bootstrap, JavaScript,) (ESP email service providers), SalesForce Marketing Cloud, automated journey building, data management platforms, CRM, PhotoShop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Website analytics, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, content marketing, and lead generation.
