AlerStallings of Ohio is looking to hire a full-time Regional Client Administrator to work at our Independence office and provide support for our surrounding office in the Northeast Ohio region (Westlake). This position starts at $40,000 per year depending on experience. We also offer a robust benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, FSA plans, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and paid time off (PTO). We are closed for one week at Christmas and one week over the 4th of July for which employees are paid on top of their individual PTO! A DAY IN THE LIFE AS OUR REGIONAL CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR
As a Regional Client Administrator, you are the quarterback for our regional team who helps keep everything on track and running smoothly! You are the first point-of-contact controlling all incoming and outgoing client communication both on the phones and when families enter our office space. Your excellent organizational skills keep you and your teammates “on the ball.” You are also on the front line when it comes to interacting with clients and internal team members, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure that their needs are met.
You always greet prospects and clients with a welcoming smile. Whether answering phones, scheduling client meetings, or prepping the attorneys for meetings, your warm demeanor comes through in all your interactions. You put your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to good use as you manage all of your region’s attorney and staff calendars, take and relay messages, and coordinate all regional mail and deposits. And, you never forget to feed the fish!
Requirements
2 years of experience in office administration or receptionist duties
Excellent level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with CRM systems
Excellent grammar, spelling, writing, and proofreading skills
Organizational and multitasking skills
A true passion for helping seniors
Must be Notary Public or willing to obtain Notary Commission after hire
Law office experience is preferred but not necessarily required. Are you self-motivated and able to work productively with minimal supervision? WORK SCHEDULE
Work hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Must be available to work occasional evening hours to support our educational workshops, as needed. We also pay overtime.
