Associate Development Director

Description
The Development Department has four core components: (1) Recruitment Strategy/Execution, (2) Management System Design/Facilitation, (3) Training System Design/Facilitation and (4) Management of 70% of our staff. The Associate Development Director reports to the Development Director and serves as the facilitator of communication, collaboration, and strategy throughout this Department. The ideal candidate is leadership-minded with a deep interest in the growth of both individuals and the company. This role is an integrator. This highly visible role will work closely with the Development Director, Managers and Leadership of both companies, AlerStallings and Golden Reserve.
Salary - $80,000 - $100,000, pending experience
Responsibilities:
* Organize and prioritize critical issues, inquiries, and required information for the Dev. Director in order to facilitate timely and effective decision making
* Coordinate and manage recruitment strategy and efforts
* Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs and objectives
* Train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts
* Conduct follow-up of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
* Manage performance reporting across company strategic objectives with analysis/observations
* Create executive level written communication and presentations
* Develop a broad range of professional support to the Dev. Director
* Strategically manage the Dev. Department’s schedule to ensure coordination with core priorities
* Support the Dev. Director’s daily workflow and facilitate communication with others in the organization
* Handle highly confidential material with discretion
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline
* Expert level skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* 2 Years of executive leadership experience
* Proven success in project and process management with cross functional teams
* Experience with developing and implementing strategic plans in a growing organization
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
* Experience analyzing and synthesizing data
* Experience with project management software
