Marketing Coordinator

ALERSTALLINGS is looking to hire a full-time Marketing Coordinator to work out of our Corporate office in Dublin. The Marketing Coordinator will provide execution and administrative support across a wide variety of marketing initiatives to support the marketing function, help meet department goals and aid in driving business success.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Complete adhoc marketing and administrative tasks as needed to support marketing team
• Research and vet potential external partners and marketing tools
• Assist with the writing, development, and execution of “drip” e-mail marketing campaigns
• Support sales and marketing collateral creation
• Support event marketing activities; including the coordination and execution of email marketing, direct mail, and advertising activities
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing tactics
• Manage and update monthly marketing report
• Responsible for the organization and management of team shared drive
• Assist with management of social media marketing program
• Assist with basic website content management requests
• Assist with the management and execution of company newsletters
• Adhoc reporting; generate and distribute campaign and tactic analytics reports to promote data-driven decision making by Marketing team leaders
• Assist in the planning and execution of company engagement activities
• Coordinate branded promotional product needs
This Marketing Coordinator position starts at $35,000 - $40,000/yr depending on experience. We also offer a medical, dental, vision, FSA plans, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and paid time off (PTO). Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
• Solid computer skills including MS Office
• Must have strong organizational skills as well as attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing
