Sr. Financial Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Sr. Financial Analyst of Financial Reporting is responsible for leading the process of preparing and filing the Company's quarterly financial filings on form 10-Q, annual filing on Form 10-K, and other filings as needed. The position will also assist in the preparation of policies, assisting with accounting research and special projects, coordinating external and internal audits, and benchmarking of other companies. The position will also be responsible for the accounting of certain areas and will collaborate with business partners in various departments.

REPORTS TO: Manager, Financial Reporting

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Manage the financial reporting process and SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy and registration statements) *Complete XBRL tagging of 10-Ks and 10-Qs *Provide support to investor relations *Apply new accounting and SEC standards *Interact with external audit firm *Perform the accounting for stock-based compensation plans, fair value measurements and related party transactions *Support Sarbanes-Oxley internal control requirements *Work collaboratively with cross-functional business partners

REQUIRED SKILLS:

*Attention to detail and highly organized *Deadline-management skills *Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing *Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

EXPERIENCE:

*2-4 years of Public Accounting experience, specifically in the areas of US GAAP and SEC reporting *CPA required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*Retail or consumer-oriented business experience in a branded environment a plus

EDUCATION:

*Bachelor's degree in Accounting
