Sr. Digital CRM Specialist (Open to Remote)
Columbus, OH

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Senior Digital CRM Specialist is responsible for leading key email and app notification initiatives. This position is responsible for building key strategy campaign frameworks to share with other digital team members to ensure strategic guidance ties to flawless execution, driving growth and revenue within digital CRM channels. The Senior Digital CRM Specialist should have a wealth of knowledge within this space including industry vendor insight (both existing and newly trending), best practices and ability to help tie strategy to executional guardrails.
 
REPORTS TO: Manager, CRM Strategies

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develop strategic frameworks in how messaging comes to life taking inputs from Consumer/Brand marketing, CRM/promotions & Loyalty team.
*Oversight in email planning process.
*Create test & learning agendas focused towards improving clicks, conversion & demand.
*Establish best practices and coordinate appropriately with other digital/marketing partners.
*Lead and own digital vendor relations including Oracle and Movable Ink.
*Lead content planning for quarterly business review's and management of day to day including areas of opportunity.
*Responsible for leading monthly digital hindsight's including key insights on wins and opportunities; ensure information is disseminating to ensure actions are put into effect immediately.
*Work closely with Personalization program owner to build roadmaps and test plans leveraging best practices.
*Drive innovative thinking pertaining to new technology and initiatives and retail environment trends.
*Build best practices and playbooks in partnership with segmentation team to ensure consistent processes are built across entire digital team.
*Serve as subject matter expert for email campaigns and make connections across teams to ensure learning's are being applied across the team.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS:
*Previous involvement with managing customer-driven experiences, strategies, and programs from concept through implementation and optimizing thereafter
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs
*High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership
*Fast learner with a proactive nature
*Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
*Process oriented with ability to identify and proactively solve problems
*Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously across the team while meeting deadlines, strong time management skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively and collaborate with cross-functional partners
*Foundational understand of key metrics, financial analysis, ROI, etc.
*Ability to balance the needs of the business, cross-functional objectives, and customer needs
 
EXPERIENCE:
 
*5 years experience in marketing or relevant business experience
*3 years experience in email marketing execution
*Solid understanding and experience in marketing and business planning
*Retail experience strongly preferred
EDUCATION:
*Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
