Vince Camuto is seeking a LOYALTY MARKETING MANAGER to help build our loyalty program for VinceCamuto.com. Reporting into the Director of Digital Marketing, this role will involve developing and executing loyalty marketing strategies, reports and processes. The loyalty team will play a critical role in understanding our customer and leveraging customer data to help provide new and personalized experiences online.

The Loyalty Manager will work alongside the email, site, merchandising and brand teams to bring new programs, campaigns and ideas to life. The right candidate will have a balanced approach to both creative and data-driven marketing, with the ability to measure and prove the ROI impact of loyalty marketing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Develop and implement digital content strategies & plans that drive brand awareness and loyalty member acquisition *Oversee the development, execution and analysis of Loyalty & CRM campaigns, including offer management and communication, member segmentation, and behavior-based and transaction-triggered messaging leveraging the data and insights team *Leverage best practices to roll out new personalization, A/B testing and loyalty experiences *Drive the strategy, development, and execution of Loyalty campaigns to optimize acquisition, retention, and promotional strategies *Optimize user experiences in coordination with site and IT teams
*Collaborate with colleagues to maximize digital return on investment & unlock new opportunities *Drive engagement, retention, and LTV across multiple channels *Ideate, source and launch new partnerships and collaborations with third party brands that help supplement our loyalty offering or program growth *Grow the customer database and find new opportunities to incentivize growth *Help identify digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity and testing opportunities that help drive the business. *Analyze customer data and develop regular performance reporting to continually optimize future campaigns *Develop performance reporting on key KPI metrics and initiatives and make recommendations on how to continuously optimize future campaigns. *Pull weekly and monthly performance reports
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

*Excellent track record at creating and delivering digital marketing strategic plans and measuring performance *5 years of experience in CRM, Loyalty or Digital marketing role at a high growth retailer or start-up *Experience in building email and or digital site experiences *Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics suite, preferred *Experience with ESPs or Loyalty vendors (i.e. Clutch), preferred *Internal and External stakeholder management & excellent communication & presentation skills *Strong understanding on how best to measure content and channel performance *Strong Budget Management (ROI) & reporting skills *Strong analytical skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate
