VP, Omni Operations

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The VP of Omni Operations develops long range strategic plans and leads activities to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The VP of Omni delivers key capabilities through the Store Operations team with collaboration from Fulfillment, Digital and Merchandising teams to bring the brand's strategic initiatives to life. This role builds and scales new capabilities, and refines processes to deliver a seamless Omni channel experience accountable to achieve operating budget goals and drive incremental sales. 

REPORTS TO:  SVP Stores

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Responsible for all aspects of the omni channel fulfillment direction for stores in partnership with Digital, IT, and Supply Chain/Logistics leaders *Lead strategic planning and execution of field initiatives to enhance profitability, productivity and Omni channel efficiency across warehouses *Deliver a high-quality customer experience across all channels *Develop innovative initiatives to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement in store operations *Monitor performance and metrics to help inform need for new processes and training that support the changing needs of the customer  *Ensures all omni channel touch points are met focusing on customer centricity *Researches internal and external consumer data to bring innovative and efficient ways to understand the customer's current desires and anticipate what they'll want next

REQUIRED SKILLS:

*Extensive experience working cross functionally with retail stores, fulfillment teams, IT and inventory operations *Extensive experience developing and delivering enterprise wide omni implementation in innovative ways *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience presenting to all levels of organization *High level of organizational skills *Experienced in driving organizational change *Ability to utilize metrics/ analytics to identify opportunities and measure results  *Motivates and inspires through shared vision and clear goals *Presents facts clearly and has a teachable point of view and is an effective listener that inspires trust and respect of direct reports  *Balances competing priorities with a recognition of what is critical in a fast paced environment *Empowers team to set high standards and achieve them

EXPERIENCE:

*Minimum 15 years experience in an omni channel retail operational role *Proven track record of exceeding goals
