Contract - Corporate Recruiter (Open to Remote)
Columbus, OH

The CONTRACT - CORPORATE RECRUITER is responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions (full-time & contract) primarily within the Information Technology & Finance functions however, support needs could expand into other areas of the business based on overall team workload. We are open to remote candidates based in the continental United States for this opportunity.

REPORTS TO: Manager, Talent Acquisition

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Manages the recruitment lifecycle from beginning to end for entry-level through senior level individual contributor positions *Responsible for managing external IT vendor staff augmentation requisitions *Meets with hiring manager to review position description, salary requirements, interview cadence *Develops and implements candidate sourcing strategy for each open position *Partners with Compensation to ensure the position is graded and budgeted appropriately *Partners with HR Business Partner (HRBP) to ensure all internal options are being reviewed and considered *Launches sourcing strategy to develop candidate pipeline (e.g. referrals, networking, social media, applicant databases, job boards, agencies, etc.) *Review resumes, conduct initial screen and develop slate of candidates for consideration *Manage the on-site interview process ensuring candidates have a successful introduction to DBI and the interviewing team *Conduct/facilitate candidate debrief meetings with interviewers and hiring manager *Make recommendation to hiring manager on final candidate selection *Evaluate offer details in partnership with HRBP & Compensation and present to HR Team for approval process *Conduct/initiate Background Check *Present the offer to selected candidate in partnership with the hiring manager *Close the search and decline candidates not selected *Work with HR Partners to ensure new hires experience an exceptional On-Boarding experience *Update/maintain New Hire Reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

*Strong drive for results and ability to multi-task *Demonstrated relationship building skills; ability to partner with colleagues at all levels of the organization *Ability to identify, analyze, develop solutions *Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making ability *Effective communications skills—ability to present persuasively *Strong negotiation and influencing skills *Demonstrated PC-based software using Microsoft Office suite

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE:

*3 years' experience in full-cycle IT Recruiting, corporate retail recruiting experience preferred *Experience working with staffing agencies/vendors *Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, SuccessFactors experience preferred

EDUCATION:

*Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent experience, preferred
