Credit Supervisor (Open to Remote)
Bonita Springs, FL Brand: Camuto Group Req #: 127948 Location Name: Camuto Finance Office Department: Finance GENERAL SUMMARY: The Credit & Collections Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the credit department. This position serves as the main liaison to the Credit manager and will provide backup to this position. The main objectives are to protect the company's accounts receivable assets through establishment of credit and financial controls. REPORTS TO Mgr. Credit & Collections ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Ensure department transactional activities are completed timely *Credit assessment and review of new accounts *Resolution of escalated customer emails and collection efforts *Establish development plans for staff & review with credit manager *Learn to enter & process order requests for backup purposes *Train to be Primary backup for Credit Manager *Contribute to the overall processes and procedures *Direct payment allocations *Assist with ERP implementation *Other projects or duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: *Strong computer skills *Collection experience *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Ability to manage internal and external relationships *Solid analytical experience EXPERIENCE: • Minimum two years of experience in Credit & Collections PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Retail industry preferred • Knowledge of any ERP system and experience EDUCATION: • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business or equivalent work experience |
