Summer 2022 Internship Program - Product Manager Intern

Our mission is to create a world-class end-to-end experience for all our customers across our touchpoints: our 500 stores, our award-winning digital platforms and marketing channels. We are looking for an intern to join our Product Management team in Summer 2022 to orchestrate complex initiatives from concept and prototyping through development and delivery. *Internships will begin Summer 2022 (Mid to late May) and last for 12 weeks. *All interns are full-time, paid positions based in Columbus, OH (hybrid - onsite & remote OR fully remote) *All interns must be able to pay for their own housing and transportation while in Columbus *Only the candidates who meet the internship requirements will be contacted for interviews *All interns will be required to complete a project at the end of the internship program *Relocation and housing expenses will not be covered by Designer Brands KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Partner with the product team and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work and ensure stakeholder alignment. *Work cross-functionally with members of the product team, IT, UX/UI, data & analytics team and other team members to deliver initiatives that will improve the customer experience across all channels. *Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. *Assist on initiatives/features (discovery work), dig into analysis around features, and conducting market research. |
