Studio Operations Specialist (Camuto Group)
New York City, NY GENERAL SUMMARY: The Studio Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the coordination of all studio production needs to support multi-brand operations and creative service needs. This role focuses on the organization, vendor research and communication tools to prepare and execute on all business needs. REPORTS TO: Sr Director, Art & Content ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the day-to-day studio operations and creative content needs across multiple teams, supporting Camuto Group brands, including: Vince Camuto, Lucky Brand, Jessica Simpson, and JLO Jennifer Lopez, etc. * Coordinate studio calendar, workflow, upkeep, space organization, and in-house photoshoot processes in partnership with Traffic Specialist * Support creative service and brand marketing leaders to help research and prepare for all production needs: preparing asset needs, coordinating samples, reviewing shot count, props, location etc. * Manage the research and the review of vendors for various production needs, including concept, location, photographer, model and talent, stylist engagement * Support on campaign shoot documents, inclusive of shot count, asset and spec details and complete credit documents for both DTC and retailer partners * Partner closely with Traffic Specialist and Creative team to support cross-functional requests * Assist in building short-and long-term strategic plans to drive operational efficiency * Develop procedures and processes that drive continuous optimization * Be a visionary to how the photo space will evolve over time given the brand and shot count growth REQUIRED SKILLS: • 3 years of experience working in a Marketing function • Experience engaging with cross-functional teams and building relationships for influence EXPERIENCE: • Prior experience with fashion and brand marketing PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Operations and production experience preferred EDUCATION: • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field |
