Job title:  Digital Brand Analyst

General Summary:  The Digital Brand Analyst is responsible for creating, analyzing and presenting impactful insights which inform recommendations to drive digital growth. The position also is responsible for data entry, securing of digital assets and ensuring product is represented on the e-commerce site in a timely manner.

Reports to:  Manager, Merchandising Digital Analysis

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*Executes dropship process from conception of vendor list to customer facing content.

*Secures list f product from vendor in pre-season *Cultivates list and cnducts competitive price analysis *Prcesses orders and samples *Submits t online merchandising team for listing on e-commerce site

*Sample product management

*Manages VPI Prcess and communicates with vendor community to resolve issues *Cmpletes the sample tracker/photo samples *Delivers prduct to photo studio in a timely manner

*Reporting and Analytics: Responsible for analyzing and actioning multiple data sets to maximize growth of digital demand

*Analyzes varius data sets, draws insights, and makes impactful recommendations to merchandising, planning and online merchandising *Leverages infrmation from the brand's consumer data, regional data or trend distortions to turn insights into actions for merchants *Identifies grwth opportunities, including trend or sizing to maximize consumer demand at the brand and item level *Prvides reporting insights and actions to external and internal partners for week, month and season *Researches the custmer journey and leverages information from online merchandising teams, identifies demand patterns and makes recommendations to merchant or account executive for action *Audits websites t make sure products are live and appear up to brand standards *Builds a slid partnership with external brand team, gaining respect and building confidence in their ability to assist - acts as the "go-to" resource

Required Skills and Competencies:

*Ability to deal with constant changes and quick turnaround times. *Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. *Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. *Builds a solid partnership with external brand team, acts as liaison between DSW and Vendor *Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights *Influencing skills across multiple internal teams to ensure actions are executed

Qualifications

Experience:

*Account Management or Customer Service experience *Retail experience preferred *Experience in E-Commerce preferred
Education:

*Bachelor's Degree preferred
