Post Order Excellence Internship - Summer 2022 (Remote)
Columbus, OH SUMMER 2022 - POST ORDER EXCELLENCE INTERN Are you passionate about customers? Do you want to create unique experiences that bring a smile to customers? Our mission is to create a world-class end-to-end experience for all our customers across our touchpoints: our 500 stores, our award-winning digital platforms and marketing channels. We are looking for an intern to join our mighty Post-Order Excellence team in Summer 2022. In this team, you will be working on what happens AFTER our customers place an order and will obsess on how to make this experience seamless, positive and rewarding for our customers. This role will be HIGHLY cross-functional and have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the following teams to create a seamless experience: Fulfillment, Store Operations, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Service, IT and Product Management. QUALIFICATIONS: *Knowledge of Retail Industry *Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills *Strong attention to detail *Internships will begin Summer 2022 (Mid to late May) and last for 12 weeks. *All interns are full-time, paid positions *Only the candidates who meet the internship requirements will be contacted for interviews *Relocation and housing expenses will not be covered by Designer Brands |
