Graphic Designer
Bedford Park, IL REQUISITION NUMBER: 110728 JOB DESCRIPTION Cintas is seeking a Graphic Designer. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing programs and initiatives for the company, including customer programs, enterprise support materials, internal and external brand materials, marketing initiatives and corporate events; working with the Director to develop and execute the tactical strategy; working with Global Account Managers, Major Account Managers, Account and Marketing Managers to manage, create, design and execute the corporate strategy and messaging for campaigns, initiatives and corporate materials; working with Segment Marketing Managers to ensure alignment to segment positioning, messaging, initiatives and goals; acting as a brand ambassador to provide leadership direction and execution for the marketing department and the company; leading the creative direction and execution of large prospect RFPs for sales presentations and meetings for various business divisions and segments; making presentations to leadership for their programs, events and project initiatives. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Required *4 years' marketing and project management experience *Experience with developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns *Experience working with agencies and freelancers *Experience in customer and vendor negotiations *Strong project management skills *Excellent public speaking skills *Experience working with cross-functional teams *Mac environment experience *Ability to work closely with senior leadership and marketing managers *Ability to travel *Bachelor's Degree; BA, Fine Arts, Design or Marketing Degree with 3-5 years' experience Preferred *Design experience Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, featuring employee health care premiums that are 30% lower than the national average for our industry.
