Enterprise Marketing Manager
Mason, OH Requisition Number: 97137 JOB DESCRIPTION Cintas is seeking an Enterprise Marketing Manager to develop strategies in collaboration with key Enterprise and Divisional business leaders that result in successful programs, campaigns, and initiatives that help retain, grow, and cross-sell the existing customer base. • Develop and execute a cross-selling business plan that engages field and executive leadership across business units. • Lead group / zone training providing education and best practices on cross-selling strategies, prospect / lead identification and submission. • Formulate, execute, and manage programs and campaigns from the inception of the project to its completion. Work directly with vendors to accomplish objectives. • Develop internal communication strategies to increase lead identification and collaboration across business units. • Track program success and lead generation using CRM data and business results to ensure marketing funds are spent effectively. • Stay informed and report on current business, market, and customer trends that help inform cross-selling and marketing opportunities, programs, etc. • Perform data analysis of business KPIs and program results. Develop strategies based on the data and results to address opportunities or course correct as needed. • Develop engaging and insightful analysis and reporting that communicates to field and corporate / executive audiences the performance and benefits of areas of responsibility. • Perform all other duties as assigned. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Education • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required. Experience • Minimum four years of related experience required.
