Dayton, OH Requisition Number: 96591 JOB DESCRIPTION Cintas is seeking a Recruiter to manage regional recruiting initiatives. Responsibilities include developing, implementing and managing a recruitment strategy by partnering with leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance; establishing and continually building relationships with colleges, universities and other organizations to identify talent sources for the region; attending job fairs, conferences and other recruiting events; managing job postings; managing candidates in the staffing system; and conducting interviews.
