Farm Operator
Albany, GA POSITION OVERVIEW: Orchard setting Operating machinery such as tractors, sprayers, mowers, harvesters, sweepers, and light duty trucks. Transporting agricultural products from facility to crop fields. Mixing and blending of chemicals and fertilizers for application. Operating machinery to apply fertilizers and chemicals on crop fields. Perform maintenance on machinery and equipment with hand and power tools as needed. Adhere to company policy and procedures. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Be on time and stay on task. Contribute daily to a safe working environment. Work with minimum supervision KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have previous experience with agriculture equipment or similar role. Must work well with others in a strenuous and busy situation. Ability to work multiple hours. Must have problems solving and communication skills. Must have a driver’s license to perform the task at hand.
