Responsibilities:
• Represent high net-worth individuals in estate planning, tax and transfer planning, and business succession planning
• Provide sophisticated legal advice relating to estate planning, tax and transfer planning, and business succession planning
• Handle trust and estate administration matters
• Provide general oversight on projects assigned to junior attorneys
• Develop and maintain a meaningful book of business
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness
• Provide exceptional client service and business development skills
• Maintain excellent attention to detail

Qualifications:
• 15 years of law firm experience
• Experience in estate planning matters
• Knowledge of general business and trust and estate planning matters
• Demonstrated business development experience
• Portable book of business
