Patent Attorney/Agent (Remote/Hybrid/In-Office Flexibility)

We are in the process of obtaining the Mansfield Certification for 2023-2024. The Patent Attorney/Agent position requires USPTO Registration, 3 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in areas of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, and related technical backgrounds. Expertise in software applications, machine learning, artificial intelligence, AR/VR, or optics is highly desired. Compensation & Benefits The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $140,000 to $250,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Our compensation program also provides annual incentive bonuses based on work production and may also offer merit bonuses.
