Staff Attorney
Tyler, TX # Staff Attorney – Military Veterans Unit – Tyler, TX **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** (LSLA) is looking for an experienced Staff Attorney to join its Tyler Branch Office and serve in their Military Veterans Unit. LSLA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit law firm that works to protect and advance the civil rights of low-income Texans by providing legal representation, advocacy, and community education. ## Job Description The Staff Attorney will interview clients and witnesses, prepare cases for legal representation, and represent clients in court and before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of government. The applicant will interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients and the client community. They will also be expected to handle a case load, major litigation, attend evening legal clinics, and participate in community education.
