Attorney – Litigation Defense

This position is based in either Kansas City or Springfield, MO. Job Description As a Litigation Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for managing cases through the litigation process independently and as part of the case team. Your duties will include conducting fact investigation, handling document productions and other discovery tasks, preparation of witnesses for deposition, taking and defending depositions, preparation of pleadings, briefs, and motions, review, summarization and analysis of medical records, court hearing preparation and attendance including oral arguments of motions, and trial preparation and attendance including trial team support and direct and cross examination of witnesses.
