Immigration Paralegal
Richardson, TX This position will require you to work onsite. **Job Responsibilities:** * Drafting immigration court filings such as motions, briefs, and appeals. * Maintaining client files and updating client information. * Communicating with clients in both English and Spanish. * Reviewing and analyzing immigration documents. * Researching legal issues and preparing memoranda. * Maintaining knowledge of immigration laws and regulations. **Qualifications:** * Bilingual in Spanish and English. * Must have a minimum of 3 years of immigration paralegal experience. * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Must be able to work independently. * Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. **Salary:** This position offers a competitive salary based on experience. # Immigration Paralegal Law Firm is currently looking for a bilingual paralegal to join their Immigration department.
