A minimum of 2-4 years as a practicing lawyer with knowledge of corporate/commercial, wills and estates and ideally with a focus on real estate.
Experienced in contract drafting, negotiations, administration, and enforcement
Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills
Superior judgment and business acumen
Excellent communication skills
