The successful candidate will be responsible for actioning department specific litigation instructions independently, achieving set revenue targets, managing client relationships, marketing their own practice, providing legal training and guidance, and adhering to all policies and procedures. Requirements: Minimum Education: LLB and admitted Attorney. Preferred Education: LLB and B.Com and admitted Attorney. Minimum Applicable Experience: 3 years relevant post articles experience. Preferred Applicable Experience: 5 years of relevant post article experience. Accreditations/Registered bodies: Legal Practice Council; Member practice specific associations. Legal Requirements: Clear credit and criminal check, (ICT checks will be conducted), S.A Citizen or valid work permit for SA. Employment Equity. Own Transport. Passed medical exams. Business Requirement: Work overtime. Taking phone calls after hours. Salary: The salary offered for this position is commensurate with the applicant's experience and qualifications.
