Law Firm is a highly respected law firm and is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their department.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years post qualification experience and be accredited to the Law Society Children Panel. Accreditation to the Family Panel is preferred. Suitable candidates looking for a part-time position will also be considered.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

- Provide legal advice and assistance to clients in relation to family law matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings and at other hearings
- Prepare and attend conferences with clients and other legal professionals
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Keep up to date with changes in the law
- Manage a caseload of family law matters
- Monitor the progress of cases and ensure deadlines are met
- Supervise and mentor junior members of staff

**Qualifications and Skills**

- Qualified Solicitor with 3 years post qualification experience
- Accreditation to the Law Society Children Panel essential
- Accreditation to the Family Panel preferred
- Knowledge of family law and court procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
