Family Law Senior Associate/Junior Partner
Columbus, NC King Law Offices is a well-established and respected family law firm looking for a highly skilled attorney to join their team as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner. This position is available in six locations: Columbus (Polk Co., NC), Marion (McDowell Co., NC), Lincolnton (Lincoln Co., NC), Waynesville, (Haywood Co., NC), Charlotte (Mecklenburg), and Brevard (Transylvania Co., NC). The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in various family law matters, managing a caseload, conducting legal research, and participating in business development activities. The successful candidate must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with a state bar association. They must also have 2 to 10 years of experience practicing family law and possess excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Strong negotiation and mediation skills, ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload, and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality are all essential for this position. Furthermore, experience in business development and networking activities is a plus.
